Terms of Service

• “NexoDash” or “Service”: the SaaS platform, website, and related features.
• “Account”: credentials and access associated with a user/business.
• “End customers”: people who book/receive services from your business through your pages.
• “Content”: information and materials you upload or configure (services, schedules, images, text, etc.).

NexoDash is a SaaS to build your site and manage bookings. Provide accurate business info and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for actions under your account, including those of staff or collaborators. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges or charges according to the selected plan. Pricing and features are published on the site and may change; we will notify material changes with reasonable notice. Some plans may include trials; if applicable, we will disclose the terms during signup and billing will start when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Unless required by law, billed amounts are non-refundable. Taxes and withholdings are your responsibility.

NexoDash relies on third-party providers to operate the service (e.g., hosting, transactional email, consent-based analytics, and security). By using the platform, you agree these providers may process data on a limited basis as needed to provide the service. See the current list in Subprocessors.

Do not use NexoDash for illegal activities, spam, misleading content, or processing sensitive data without a lawful basis. Do not attempt to breach security, decompile the software, or misuse the brand. We may suspend or limit service for abuse or breaches.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so limitations may apply to you.

NexoDash retains all rights to the software, documentation, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform while you maintain an active account and, if applicable, an active subscription. You own the content you upload and grant us a license to host and display it to your end users.

Data processing follows the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. When you process your customers' data, you are the controller and must have a lawful basis and necessary consents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexoDash is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss. Total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service (if any) in the 12 months before the event.

You agree to indemnify NexoDash against third-party claims arising from your use of the service, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable laws.

We may update these terms to reflect improvements or legal requirements and will notify material changes. You can cancel or request deletion of your account from your dashboard or by contacting support. If you have a paid plan, cancellation stops renewal and access at the end of the current billing cycle (if applicable). We may suspend or close accounts for breaches or security risks.

These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be handled in state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
