Subprocessors
List of service providers that may process personal data on behalf of NexoDash. Where required, providers operate under data processing agreements (DPA) or equivalent safeguards. This list may be updated as the product evolves.

Change notification
Where applicable and reasonably possible, we will notify material changes to this list (e.g., adding new providers) ideally at least 30 days in advance via email to account administrators. You can request update notifications by emailing privacy@nexodash.com.

International transfers
Our subprocessors may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions. For transfers from the EU/EEA, we use contractual safeguards where applicable (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where appropriate).
